Cointreau Fizz inspired by Laetitia Casta
5 cl Cointreau
2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
10 cl sparkling water
2-3 fresh mint leaves
In a shaker, add Cointreau, fresh lime juice, muddle the blackberries. Fill with ice and shake until the metal tin is frosted. Strain into the glass over ice. Top off with sparkling water. Stir briefly.
TIP: Garnish with a small wild strawberries skewer, a lime peel and a bergamot blossom. Et voilà!
