Cointreau Fizz inspired by Nick Ede

THE RECIPE

5 cl Cointreau
2 cl fresh blueberries
Blue Curaçao
1 rose
10 cl sparkling water

In a shaker, add Cointreau, fresh lime juice, muddle the blueberries and rose petals. Add a dash of blue Curaçao. Fill with ice and shake until the metal tin is frosted. Strain into the glass over ice. Add a bar spoon of Cointreau. Top off with sparkling water. Stir briefly.
TIP: Garnish with a beautiful red rose. Et voilà!
